I worked with Gareth after injury as some extra sessions outside of quins training and rehab. I owe a
lot to him and how I feel he sped up my return. The training was sometimes something I’d never
thought I would be doing and sometimes questioned what I would get from it. However, it was not
long before the results spoke for themselves, and I was understanding how what I had been doing
gave me an edge. If I ever want to do more specifics I always go back to Gareth. His approach is also
extremely personal, and I felt very comfortable under his coaching.

We used GMJ for a block of our pre-season training and it was very well put together for all the boys considering the fact that there are different skill sets and so on needed in rugby.
Gareth drafted a 12-week block which targeted different parts of what is required of a top-level athlete/rugby player.
Boys were cutting their 100m times and with more power in them, the results were outstanding. The team also set out what was expected of each individual and gave some really good knowledge to the
boys on how to look after themselves going forward.
